General Notes on the Bracknell Opens

A pass is not required for competitors to enter the ice rink and there is free entry to spectators.

The rink has its own free car park.

The Rink has a cafeteria located on the ground floor at rink side which will be open throughout most of the day offering snacks, fast food and refreshments.

Music: There will be a music collection table at rink side and your music will be returned there as soon as possible after your competition. Music will only be accepted on CD and should be clearly marked with your name, club and class, and have only one track recorded. We advise you to bring a spare copy of your music on the day. Please note that this year we cannot accept music on mini discs.

Photography and videoing: In accordance with Child Protection Policy, photography and videoing (using a camera or mobile phone) are allowed, but only of your own child (or another whose parents have given you written permission). If you wish to take photographs on the day you will need to complete the Photography Permit form at the registration table and ensure that photographs are only taken from the designated area. No charge will be made for this. No flash photography will be permitted during warm-ups and performances, and no photography of any kind in the changing areas.

Please note BISC specifically denies any liability for any private arrangement between parties.

The official photographer , Phil Rees Photography, will be taking action photos of all skaters.
