Bracknell Ice Skating Club - Adult Free Skate Competition 26th May 2004

The following Adult competition was run by the Bracknell Ice Skating Club Wednesday 26th May 2004, 6.15 pm



RULES:

1 All entrants must be members of BISC. NISA Standard is as on 23rd May 2004
2 The entry fee is £4 per entry
3 The closing date for entries is Sunday 23rd May at 10 am, draw in café then.
4 Please note that no late entries will be taken and no telephone entries.
5 Age is 18 or over on 23rd May 2004.

The program must comprise only single jumps. No Axels are permitted
Only one jump combination or sequence is permitted.
One step sequence must be included

Level 2 free skating

1C

Level 2 and over

Prelim Field moves or level 2 dance moves and either level 2 elements or level 2 free

no maximum standard

1 min 30 secs +/- 5 secs

The program should be well balanced with a variety of jumps, spins and steps.
Any jumps are permitted but a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 combinations and/or sequences are permitted

The programme must only contain the following elements –
one foot upright spin
one foot original spin
any one of – 3 jump, salchow and toe-loop,
sequences of connecting moves which must also include other free-skating moves, such as change of direction, spirals, Ina Bauers, spread eagle and flowing moves which use deep edges. The sequences must be skated using the whole ice surface.

any one of -lay back, original spin, combination spin with only one position change and no change of foot
