General Schedule

This is the general schedule for club activities but note that:

During school holidays (including half term breaks) the club lessons do not generally run and "on-ice" time is
          available for private practice and lessons - check with the rink

On some dates the "on-ice" time may be used for club competitions or other actitivies.

1900-2030 Off Ice Synchro off ice Elementary/Preliminary/Other

Friday 1745–1815 On Ice Club Patch ice and private lessons, currently FULL ice Skate UK level 8 and above, priority to lower level skaters
1815–2015 approx On Ice Synchro club ice Synchro skaters only
Saturday 0800–0900 Off Ice Pilates All levels
0830–0930 On Ice Academy Lessons Working for NISA Passport bronze or above. Non club lessons in two 30 minute sessions
Sunday 1000–1130 Off Ice Street Dance / Flex & Stretch All levels -improve your competitive skating edge re-commences this Sunday 1st May
2030*-2130 On Ice Patch (practice) ice and private lessons Skate UK level 8 and above
NISA Level 6 and under have priority
2145-2245** On Ice Patch (practice) ice and private lessons Skate UK level 8 and above
NISA Level 7 and above have priority

# It is important that skaters hand their jumps off ice tickets to the coaches as they get paid according to number of
    skaters.

## Skaters with NISA Level 4 are in the later club lesson provided they have passed either level 4 elements OR free.

* Start time may vary due to hockey matches.

** For health and safety reasons skaters should ensure there is always someone rink side available to seek
     First Aid Assistance.

NISA Tests

On days when NISA tests are taking place patch ice usually finishes early ready for the tests themselves.
