Bracknell Opens is a now just a month away and once again due to a high number of entries with skaters on waiting lists for the dance and adult days it is going to be a very time!.   Volunteers during this week are vital to its success and as usual we are looking for people to look after the following sections.

Gate Stewards

Music Collection and Reception

Hospitality/Runners

Timekeepers

Videographer

The roles of timekeeper and videographer are essential for the running of IJS and cover is required throughout the five days.  Please consider helping in these areas.  The timekeeper sits with the judges and times all the routines (not pattern dances) and the videographer videos each skater as they compete and is positioned next to the result team.  The camera (on tripod with handle) with recording equipment is provided and set up by the results team.

Days and hours are as follows

28.4.14 Monday – Dance 7am – 7pm

29.4.14 Tuesday – Dance 7am – 7.30pm

30.4.14 Wednesday – Adult Dance and Free 7am – 5.30pm

1.5.14 Thursday – Free 7am – 5.45pm and 7.15 – 9.30pm

2.5.14 Friday – Free 7am – 6pm

If you can help even for just a few hours please email me on Lesley.brenikov@btconnect.com

Look forward to hearing from you!

Many thanks
Lesley
